Harris Relicensing WebsiteYou can find many of the relevant relicensing documents, including the Preliminary Licensing Proposal, along with background information and some helpful links on the harrisrelicensing.com website maintained by Alabama Power.  Select the “Relicensing Documents”  and “HAT” links on the left-hand side to view many of the key documents, such as study reports and the preliminary proposal. 

 

FERC Docket:  To see all of the comments, studies, and other filings in the Harris Dam relicensing, view the full docket FERC’s eLibrary. Enter P-2628 as the docket no. and 065 as the sub-docket no. You can also subscribe to the FERC docket to get email alerts when new filings are made or FERC issues a determination.
