Harris Relicensing Website: You can find many of the relevant relicensing documents, including the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, along with background information and some helpful links on the harrisrelicensing.com website maintained by Alabama Power.
FERC Docket: To see all of the comments, studies, and other filings in the Harris Dam relicensing, view the full docket on FERC’s eLibrary. Enter P-2628 as the docket number (this will pull up all of the sub-dockets). You can also subscribe to the FERC docket to get email alerts when new filings are made or FERC issues a determination.
